Current Work

There are many structural elements in my work - not only in the visuals, but also with the materials I have used over the years. My current work of cut wood panels explores the different areas of our lives that interconnect and influence each other in sometimes unusual and unpredictable ways.

Background

An early career in architecture led me to a range of very exacting creative fields such as mural painting, commercial illustration and industrial photography. Eventually, the desire to rebel and paint "outside the lines" took over in the 90's and I have been working in the abstract realm ever since. I have studied under numerous well-known B.C. artists and have been represented by various galleries in Vancouver, Kelowna and Baltimore.
